Wingstem Farm is named for the native plant that blooms here so profusely in August and September. We currently sell chicken eggs and shiitake mushrooms. This year we are also growing maitake/hen-of-the-woods, lions mane, comb tooth, reishi, wine caps/garden giants, and a variety of oyster mushrooms. We are test-cropping hops intended for local craft breweries, and have 4 Warre honey bee hives.
