The Virginia Speleological Survey (VSS) is a non-profit, volunteer organization that collects, maintains, and distributes information regarding the cave and karst resources in Virginia. We are an official internal organization (survey) of the National Speleological Society (NSS) and have been incorporated under the current name since 1974.
