Coastal Foods Co-Op connects local people to local farmers with fresh, healthy, food grown and made here…locally!
When we say it is made locally grown -- We mean it! This is not “within 200 miles where our supplier warehouse is” as you’ll find in grocery stores and grocery delivery service corporations that CLAIM to be ‘locally grown’, this is all made within the 757 area code! Your farmer is your neighbor! You go to the same church as they do! Your kids go to school together! You might even have mutual friends in common.
Our producers set their own price and upload their own photos and product descriptions as they come readily available. When you purchase from Coastal Farms, you are buying directly from them -– We are not a reseller. (We like to think of ourselves as a community bulletin board )
Shop online through our Buying Pages with us any time between Friday 6 PM to Monday at Midnight. Orders are delivered fresh, straight from the farms the following Thursday afternoon at one of our 20 convenient area pickup locations. Our producers share in the delivery process, so we are able to keep delivery costs down to a minimum, meaning more money goes back to the producers. There is no minimum order and you are not required to order each week.
