Small grower selling mainly at the Ashland Farmers Market and to a few eateries. I grow all my produce using natural methods.Cover crops are use to help prevent weeds and to build the soil. I specialize in garlic, lettuce most of the year including throughout summer and unique melons along with regular produce. I use mulch extensively, growing potatoes under a leaf mulch rather than deep in the soil.
